We are commencing Silver Circus Classes for those aged 55 plus 🤹‍♂️🎪🤸‍♀️. Classes will be facilitated by the wonderful In Your Space Circus. @In Your Space Circus

Come along and try your hand at all the circus skills, make some new friends. Excellent for your Cognitive and Physical Health.

Calling all over 50’s, dust off your walking shoes and join us for a series of guided culture and history walks. Each walk will be followed by a lunch where you will have the opportunity to talk with the Tour Guide and make some new friends.

Thursday 1st June 10.00am – 1.00pm Tour of the City Walls – we will explore Culmore’s strong links with our City Walls. Bus will leave from Culmore Community Hub at 10.00am, returning to the Hub at 1.00pm for lunch. Cost £5, please get in touch to book your place - Call 02871 163713

Our new set of Cooking on a Budget Classes started in the Hub yesterday and this time around it is Slow Cookers. The class are excited to learn some new skills and new recipes over the next 4 weeks.

Last Wednesday saw the last of the Menopause Support sessions here at the Hub with Maria Taylor. We want to say a big thanks to Maria for facilitating these sessions, the ladies who attended really felt these sessions were worthwhile and learned a lot from Maria.
